Boutique in approach, we operate both nationwide and internationally, with our head office based in Manchester and offices throughout the UK and Eire. Our team of specialist consultants and coaches have a wide range of skillsets, across a number of disciplines and sectors, but most importantly they are passionate about making a difference to the people they work with.
With a lifetime career supporting through change in career management and transition, director Sue works with HR professionals and their teams to develop solutions during periods of change including outplacement, career transition, executive coaching and group coaching. With over 25 years’ experience in career management and career transition management, she holds a wealth of knowledge to provide positive support to HR strategies when an organisation is preparing itself for change, undergoing change or just coming out of a change cycle.
Sue’s interests are Taekwondo (first degree black belt), travel and attending performances at the Royal Exchange Theatre.
Jo has over 20 years’ experience in senior and strategic organisational development, change management and HR engagements, primarily within the Aviation and Travel sector. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an Executive Coach (ILM 7).
Jo works with organisations to support the development and delivery of the people strategy, ensuring alignment to business objectives, developing culture and delivering development solutions that add value and achieve impact and improve business performance through people. With a strong interest in authentic strengths based leadership and positive psychology, she works collaboratively to engage people and teams to achieve their full potential.
Apart from developing people, Jo’s other great passion is skiing and loves to be in the mountains to recharge and be inspired.
As Head of Client Services, Sue is skilled in liaising with clients, Consultants and Coaches to provide an outstanding service in a premium outplacement and coaching company. In a highly sensitive and confidential setting, she ensures that solutions are quickly put in place for our client companies and their employees.
Outside of work, Sue is often roped in to look after the family’s menagerie of chickens, dogs, cats and fish.
Career Evolution also has a pool of consultants and coaches networked throughout the UK and Ireland.

GARY DAVID GOLDBERG
Anne has been an HR specialist for over 30 years. She is a member of the CIPD and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Change Management.
Anne now concentrates her career in the area of coaching, particularly coaching those who are transitioning in their career following redundancy, or are looking for a new challenge. She also has a unique approach to retirement coaching and training.
Outside of her professional career her voluntary work with Global Link supports refugees access work by assisting in the development of their CV’s, helping them understand the UK work culture and job market and preparing them for interview.
Dave is a Career Development Specialist and is passionate about showing people the skills that allow them to manage their career effectively and find work that they love which supports the lifestyle they want. Dave moved into Career Coaching in 2001 and has successfully worked with people at all levels across a vast range of industries. He is a UK Registered Career Development Professional and chairs the Global Career Council for the Institute of Career Certification International for whom he is also a Governor.
As well as family time, Dave loves mountaineering, teaches swimming, and helps in Scouting.
Hazel provides support during change and career transition through facilitation and coaching individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds. Her consulting experience includes key projects across both private and public sector including MOD.
Hazel has a background in HR and Management working at a Senior level in the financial services sector. Roles have included Regional Recruitment, Development and Training Manager.
Out of work, Hazel is an avid gardener and lucky enough to have an allotment at the bottom of her garden. She also keeps chickens and numerous rescue cats!
Kate is an Organisational Development and Change Specialist, Business Consultant and Executive Coach with a blue chip HR Director track record, experienced in working internationally with senior leadership teams to deliver business strategy and personal and organisational change through innovative and flexible solutions.
She is ardent about working with client organisations to drive business results and develop individual capability. She works with top clients to deliver international and UK based projects across a range of sectors including financial services, airports, manufacturing, distribution and not-for-profit.
Kate is a trainee beekeeper and also has two British blue short haired cats.
Lorraine has a background in Retail and with over 20 years’ experience in consultancy, she has worked with an enviable range of organisations across the private, public and charity sectors.
Lorraine is enthusiastic and passionate about developing others. Her retail background has helped her develop a balance of great relationship skills whilst not taking her eye off the commercial realities of business. She has a particular skill in creating relaxed environments in which individuals feel safe and comfortable. Lorraine has built strong relationships with people at all levels in client organisations, taking time to really understand their business from a people and commercial perspective.
She specialises in assessment and coaching and has experience in the design and delivery of both Values based and Competency (behavioural) based interviews and assessment centres and adopts a strengths approach to one to one coaching.
Lorraine’s other great passion is her family and dogs and enjoys nothing more than a long walk rewarded by a drink at the local pub!
Marian has 20+ years’ experience, holding director-level HR positions and managing large teams in multi-national organisations across a range of sectors. She now works as an Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant, supporting senior leadership teams to deliver business results and organisational change through people.
Marian approaches coaching in a way which reinforces clients’ existing strengths, whilst still addressing areas of challenge, and with a focus on achieving lasting results. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and Associate of the International Coach Federation.
Out of work, Marian is found walking the hills with her dog, or curled up with a good book and equally good glass of wine!
Pam has over 20 years’ experience in Engineering, qualified as a Mechanical and Production Engineering Technician. Then spent many years in contracting as a Draughtsperson/CAD operator working in various petrochemical and manufacturing industries.
She is able to build and maintain rapport with clients by being approachable and having a natural ability to understand and interpret their needs. She understands and has genuine concern for the welfare of other people’s issues whilst they are undergoing change.
Pam enjoys Formula One and going to the theatre.
Sara is an award winning executive coach, known for her energy, gravitas and presence. A proven business leader, working in European and Global roles, her expertise is in developing individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. Sara coaches in a Thinking Environment and in Strengths based coaching. She is an engaging, authentic and passionate coach who brings fresh thinking, challenge and fun.
Sara is insatiably curious, travels as often as she can to far flung places and indulges in fine food, not necessarily at the same time.
Sophie is an experienced outplacement and HR consultant, specialising in the design and delivery of career transition, HR and employment law. She works with clients in a range of organisations from SME’s to large multinational companies, across the private and public sectors. Sophie has a flexible, pragmatic approach and the drive and enthusiasm to deliver results.
Her career began in retail and she later spent five years as a representative in the London and South East Employment Tribunals, before becoming a Head of HR in the legal and insurance sectors.
Sophie is a graduate in Modern Languages and is qualified at Levels A & B in Psychometric Testing.
